Stroke Club

The Stroke Club is an educational/recreational program for outpatient stroke survivors and their family members. This is a positive and supportive environment in which patient fellowship, self-improvement and social activities are stressed. It is also helpful for family members to gain increased knowledge of stroke and meet others who understand their experience.

The group meets from 1 to 2 p.m. on the first Wednesday of each month. For more information, call Outpatient Social Work at 312-238-5381.
