People with disabilities are often targets of domestic violence, which may include physical, verbal or emotional abuse, neglect or manipulation by a spouse, family member or caregiver.

The Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (RIC) Domestic Violence Services Program is a free, confidential service that provides support, information and access to resources people may need to regain control of their lives.
