I am the Principal Investigator on RIC’s component of NCPAD and have a MS in Education - Exercise Physiology, University of Akron 1998 and a BS in Sports Medicine, Heidelberg College 1997, where I played college basketball. I enjoy competing in running events, biking, Cubs games, golfing, playing with my dog and traveling with my wife Kathleen. Chairman of Mayor Daley’s Fitness Council, 2004-2005. I have a BS in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and have a personal training certification with the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I have a B.S. in Recreation with an emphasis in Recreational Therapy from Arizona State University . I have worked at RIC in many different areas such as T-Rec, Injury Prevention and most recently the Caring for Kids Program. I enjoy swimming, running, hanging out with family and friends.
