Integrated Exercise for Parkinson's is specifically designed to help benefit the person diagnosed with Parkinson's disease to use exercise for symptom management. This class provides a safe environment for participants to work on ambulation, range of motion and strengthening exercise with an emphasis on postural awareness, breathing, balance, and rhythmical movement. 

This ongoing program, taught by experts in clinical exercise, incorporates principles from:

  • Pilates
  • Yoga
  • Dance
  • Traditional stretching and strengthening exercises
  • Musical accompaniment

All levels of fitness ability are welcome!

All participants are encouraged to consult with their physician before beginning this or any new exercise program.

Assisted Hours

Staff members are available during Assisted Hours to aid participants with equipment

Monday-Friday

9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. 

5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
