Exercise Essentials to Manage Arthritis

Exercise Essentials to Manage Arthritis is a fun and active class with gentle activities to help increase joint flexibility, range of motion, and muscular strength.  In this ongoing program you will learn the proper techniques for exercising within your limitations to meet your goals.

Each 50 minute class includes:

  • Warm Up
  • Stretching
  • Muscle Toning
  • Low-impact aerobics
  • Resistance Training
  • Safe principles of exercise

All levels of fitness ability are welcome!

Exercise Essentials to Manage Arthritis is taught by experts in the field of clinical exercise. 

All participants are encouraged to consult with their physician before beginning this or any new exercise program.

Assisted Hours

Staff members are available during Assisted Hours to aid participants with equipment

Monday-Friday

9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
